guys what category is cook? reason asking my friend got approval letter and it doesnt say anything about ielts. the approval letter was sent by friend's lawyer and lawyer is not responding his emails. question is, is he suppose to write ielts before he can apply to CIO Nova Scotia?

IELTS is one of the requirement for a complete application. you have to write it before they can evaluate your file.

i think you are right about the process except after you get license you dont have to got to any college you just start practice.

Not true. Ur medical done date is different than your expiry date. Expity date is whn ndvo receiced it which is usually Its 20 days after.
