Intention Of rejection is not yet rejection . They just need you to update that form into the right form and you have 90 days to do so you can see the dead line in the first page . can you put copy of the attachment first page you got

Sorry for that lets be specific did you got Intention of reject before you got reject . And if you got intention of reject before did you submit the required documents. Normally with the rejection you should get attachment stating the reason did you got that from the immigration officer .

You can request for administrative review and that should be apply it in maximum 90 Days after receiving the rejection letter .

To be frank with you ; I saw some people received answer after 3 weeks and some after 2 month ; But I saw one he got reply after 1 week only . But the maximum is 3 months .
