Thank you, In what situation would someone have to take the Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking test? I see it being discussed online but I don't see it as a requirement when looking at the requirements for Citizenship as I only see Speaking and Listening.

If I have to take only Speaking and Listening wouldn't CELPIP-G LS be better? IELTS looks like it's Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening which I don't need to do all 4...?
