That will be fine. You just need one PCC from each country lived in for 6 months since age 18. It is not required for each address in that particular country. You could have lived in 4 or 5 different states and still need only one latest address PCC. You are fine.

The decision made is just for the approval of stage one i.e the approval of the sponsor. Medical request will occur now in stage 2 as they begin working on the permanent residence part of the application.

It took us exactly 2 weeks to get passports back from Ottawa. This was last year in April. I remember the visa was dated just a couple of days after the passports had reached Ottawa but we had to wait about a week after until they were posted back to us.

Thanks They did medicals in Oct so a little over 4 months between medicals being done and receiving passport request.
