Congrats buddy, you can land anywhere except quebec (technically you can land there but you can not process your landing formalities there). And of you can live anywhere, you are permeant resident of Canada. ;) P.S can you please share the date you sent your passport to Mexico?

Mexico V.O generally update the 4th line after PR, so don't waste too much time looking for it. If you want to share your dates just post the info so I can update chart.
