From what I read manila applicants thats what they suggested and instead of 14months mostly manila applicants gets visa in 6 to10 months.and also it takes time before the physician send the result to the embassy that's why it cause delays, while you send it theysame time with your application...

hi jhallane you must speak english for all of the members here understand your question, anyway you must take your medical first before sending your application to avoid delays.
