I just received notification from CIC that our application as sponsor is approved. The application for Permanent Residence has been sent to Pretoria (South Africa) I am happy that it has been approved but disappointed it has been sent to Pretoria due to their backlog! It's a real lottery system

Is it still a bit of a lottery with processing times at the LVO's? I know South Africa (Pretoria) was around 57months before they removed it from the CIC Processing times website

You should be hearing from CIC this month as you wrote in April. After your test they mention a wait of 2-4 months before you hear back

I can't access the online status yet, it will probably be updated during the week
