Hi I have a question. I have received COPR but I have not done landing and do not plan to do it till Dec 2015. But can I change my SIN by providing COPR as proof of PR till then? As of now, I have work permit and SIN starting with 9.

Yes, that is also an option. But even if I do that, I am not sure I will receive PR card before I leave Canada.
