DO you know by any chance if your security was strated, when it was started and how long it took to finish? I got my notes yesterday and only security is pending and medical is expired in April 2016

I am calling them ones in every month. They give me same answer. Nothing is required from your side, Security is pending which is done by 3rd party and that is out of scope of CIC. I called MP and they also gave me same answer. I don't know what else to do. I feel helpless. My work permit also...

Nothing after Medical.. No action is being taken..no documents are needed.. No verification..nothing means nothing.... I am so frustrated right now... Because of this delay, I have to go through medical again and spend $200 each for me and my wife...My passport is also going to expire this year...

Wait until, something expires in your file and they will notice that and remember that this fellow also have applied before these guys. For example my medical is going to expire in April, hopefully they will notice and I have spend another $200/300 for medical

Good for you... My MP is not that helpful. He called CIC once after convincing him that processing time is 15 months and got the same answer that I was getting from CIC. For me I think I have only one option i.e. call CIC directly. If I am lucky I will get good agent and may be he can send msg...

sorry guys, didn't see your msgs till now... I went to MP too, he told me straight away that processing time is 26 months because of refugees processing ... I still ask him to call CIC as I shown him what cic website says and he called CIC. They told him same thing, processing time is avg time...

LOL....don't be in that impression that they will be obliged to ans any of your question. You will hear the same ans, new ans would be 15 months is an average processing time..I am 18th sept, 2014 applicant. I called them once a month after I completed 15 months in December 2015.

ANy updates whoever applied for passport renew at Brampton location in 2016? I applied on 19th February for passport renewal and they haven't updated online status yet. They told it will take 48 to 72 hours... it's been more than a week. no update yet.
