One of my friend has same situation and he send his parents passport to Ottawa and they stamp it and send it back and if your parents in India than ask them to visit New Delhi office or nearest VFS office. They will defiantly take their passport for visa stamping. Thanks

Finally Wait is over, Just today morning I got the request from New Delhi for Passport request. I completed my medical in June, 2016, File was received in 2nd Jan, 2015. My whole process completed from New Delhi VO My parents are in Canada so I am sending Passport to Ottawa. Thanks.

I applied in 2015, medical was done in First week of May, 2016. last I submitted my RCMP police clearance on 5th Jan, 2016 But I don't see anyone from NDVO get the PPR Thanks.

It was transfer to NDVO and medical and all other request came from NDVO It's frustrating as NDVO are really slow. Thanks.
