    thanks for the reply. do u mean that when the line is engaged i will receive the message i quoted? cuz it definitely sounds like i might have been dialling the wrong number or something along that line..............

    is there anyone facing the same problem as me? Whenever i try to dial CIC's hotline @ 1-888-242‑2100 i'll get the message "your call cannot be completed as dialed. please check the number and dial again." i've tried using my land line, mobile line and even skype but to no avail :'(

    Hi Zosya, Thanks for your input! According to the link you provided, it seems that what I said about my situation is correct? That my degree + diploma should get me 128 points Instead of the 120 that I'm being awarded now? Any idea how do I raise this up to CIC? Thanks

    Hi Brenna, if I'm not wrong, as long as your diploma is of a post secondary level (i.e. after high school), it can be recognized as 2 post sec credentials together with your degree as long as either 1 is at least 3 years in duration. Of course the diploma must also be verified by WES!
