You do not need to take your 3 year old daughter with you. Only 18+ years folks take the test.

If that's the case you have nothing to worry about whether baby comes before or after the ppr comes. Once you get your visas and you are doing the landing, the officer will ask you the questions on the COPR form which includes any child/ren who are not on the application. You can let them know...
