how many days has past since your medical received status? if it's not long, I suggest to wait. if it's long time (2 or 3 months), i would call cic and request some update. that's what I would do. paying RFRF is easy, took several minutes.

Congrats, how did you attached the OB485? Did you print it out and scan with it or just mentioned OB485 in the letter?

I was talking to a friend about similar issue earlier today. We believe iff you pay taxes and you probably have paid the insurance fee. Should be able to submit EI. But check EI application site and see if that's true.

Personally I don't think you need to include it if your previous job was enough for your application. You could provide to them most up to date information later or if requested.

According to this part of the rejection letter, it seems to me that the officer don't think you have enough working period, not hours. Are you sure you submit your forms or your employment letter or your pay stub absolutely express your working period? I believe the officer must have found some...

It seems like that's not enough time to me sadly. If you worked after June even though your work permit expired and you have the pay stub, I think you should include those when you reapply.
