Hello, I had a visa to enter Canada, and while being in Canada, I applied for a PR card. I was accepted but I did not receive my PR card yet. Then I had to travel outside of Canada using my Visa. Now I still did not get the PR cards, Is my visa still Valid. Can I use it to go back to Canada?
