you dont need a cunsultant for online app. its very simple, just register at mycic and apply , you will be asked many ques. , at the end you will get a personal checklist, this contains all the docs you need to upload. thats it. much simpler than the paper app.

did they ask you to fill student questinaire form ? or any other form ?

go for MCA or any other degree, avoid PG Diploma, you will stand a way better chance of getting visa if you apply for a univ. masters degree
