I still don't know why I can't link my application after receiving a sponsor letter from IRCC.

I got Sponsor approval letter, but I am still struggling to link the application.

When I called and followed the prompt, I got to know that background check is in progress while eligibility hasn't started. I am yet to receive AOR.

Call the customer service and follow the prompt.

Were you provided with an application number? If yes, you the application number to check the status via IRCC contact center.
