Hi dude your medical have been received by your vosa office. You might receive a message from your VO but its depends on each visa office procedure. Anyway you might want to post this message to your visa office thread. People who when thru this process before you might guide you well.

Hi you can certainly apply while in canada but you won't be able to work be for the process is over nor leave canada while your app is in process. Hero member correct me if I'm wrong
