Hi windy, I called nationwide clinic and they confirmed they sent it online last august 13 to the embassy. :)

yes better email them again. kasi twice din ako nag email from them before sila nagsend ng medical request sa mama ko. besides beyond the regular processing period na yung application ng parent mo so i think follow up mo na ulit yan.tsaka i heard naka strike pa rin ang embassy sa manila until now.
