I did not contact any CA in India.I directly went to my local tax office in India they said I could file for last 8 years.I got for the year which I required (2008-2009).I had no issues ,but I heard most tax offices are not giving for more than 2 years.I don't know whats their problem in issuing...

My tax office said we can file returns for last 8 years.So you can definitely get manual copy.Bank statements are not valid proof for tax or salary deposit.Bank statements are only used for showing your financial sufficiency.Hope it clarified your doubts.

You can apply for administrative review within 90 days of rejection letter.Try to collect the documents in the exact format as requested.

ITR -V from Income tax department is valid.CA is not the one providing ITR-V he will do the manual application for you to get ITR -V from the income tax department.But people here have mistaken that CA can provide you that document...No only Income tax department is authorised to give you...
