Hi friends, People who applied with full documents in Oct-Nov-Dec 2010 in Buffalo and LA visa offices have got their medicals a month back. How many months more do you think ND will take?

Two weeks back my status said "Application received". Today it says "In process". Does that really mean that they ahve started processing the file. Any idea how many months it would take from now. I also would like to know if I would get a full refund if I withdraw my application now. Thanks

I dont think its "Curtains" yet. If thats the case it should have been so a few months back when "decision made" appeared. Then it went off and other statuses appeared. Either way if they can give a decision people can go on with their lives. I am wondering at which point do you get your money...
