    Thanks, I was able to submit successfully and received approval. I have to submit passport now. Did anyone apply from India? If yes, did you submit Appendix A form. I remember that Biometrics and Photo are not required. Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

    Don't you have any other ID provided by your Govt.? I had one and we did apply for that ID and I still added an explanation letter. You can try for the other ID or select Option 5 and write an explanation letter.
