I received the same email from CEHPEA. However, nung magaaply na ako for the exam, hindi ako mkaselect ng exam dates.

Ako naman tinanong ko lang visa center thru email kung nalodge na papers ko kc online application ako. Two weeks after nagreply naman na succesfully lodged.

Hi @cruzmariaclara! Cocoagirl is right. You should be able to send them another follow-up letter aftr the 11th week. In my case, I send several follow-up emails and one snail mail. It will not harm your application if you do a follow-up (again). It didn't ruin mine. ;)

It's ok to wait. It says in the Option Form that if they do not hear from you before September 9 they may close your application. They actually give extensions. I faxed (using FaxZero.com) & emailed them at the same time pleading to reconsider my application. Although, the result was the same...
