Hello there folks. I think the reason for the RQ is that I applied 90 days earlier. After I passed the test on 25 of March I have been questioned for these 90 days and the officer told me there will be delay of 90 days for the oath invitation. 90 days passed on 25 of June and no Oath invitation...

Somebody get the oath after the test? I got many friends who did the oath just after the test at Erin Mills.

No I didn't. I have used RC not from CIC. I used print out form and calculate by myself and I didn't know absences counts 2 for 1, I count them 1 for 1. So I have 91 days of absence and should apply after 182 days, but I wait 91 days ::)

I got the very same letter two weeks ago, "prepare for the test and for the hearing before the judge". You are mention CIT 0521? I have order GCMS notes and in my version there is no CIT 0521, I have CIT 1997. Do you know what that mean?

I just received my GCMS Notes. According notes my file has been transferred to St. Clair office for further review 2 months ago ( I received RQ from CIC Mississauga), and nobody notify me, ECAS not updated too. Latest note is saying: Preparing client for interview.EM. Who knows whats that mean?
