I had issues linking too initially. The problem I found I had was I was putting the number of applicants (or whatever that last field is) wrong. If you are the only sponsor and sponsoring father and mother, then it should be 3. That made it work for me.

You don't need two sets of financial docs like pay stub, notice of assessment etc. but you will need separate medical sponsor letters and receipts and you will have to fill a couple of forms separately. If you plan to apply online you should set up an account after going through the eligibility...

I believe you take the eligibility test based on your answers it will show you the options for applying . If you are applying for you parents/ grandparents and fulfill the criteria you will get an option to apply under Super visa category.
