It has to be certified by your school/university/college in india. If it is impossible for you to have it certified by them then you have to go to the embassy or consulate of your country in Montreal and ask them if they can certify it.

Hi Jenalby, Hows your application? Any news so far? how long has it been since you send your updates? I noticed some people got a response after sending their updates between 1-3 months. Did you try to call them, because who knows you might have the csq already ;)

someone from another thread in this forum posted that their lawyer received an email from MIDI that the change applies to all applicants before and after Jan 26 :( I hope those who got lawyers/consultants can confirm this too.

This is not directly related to the recent news about the change in the list of AOT. This news was released on Dec 30, 2014. Basically its just telling us that principal applicants will now have 14 points if they have doctoral degree and additional 1 point for spouses who holds masteral or...
