hello all we have received our 2nd AOR but Ecase id not opening with new application number its opening with old application number and inside details are same RBVO and pending review when it will go i process? :(

we are also pre june applicant with NOC 4131 but we have not got 2nd AOR yet we submitted our full documents in jan,2011 but still no news from VO whould any one tell untill when we will receive our 2nd AOR.
