    In early April, I had ordered the case notes of my wife's application. Just yesterday, they finally arrived...a little late, since I am flying tomorrow to the Philippines to pick up my wife and children to bring back to Canada. We will be flying to Edmonton on the 27 of June.

    They might still ask for additional documents. You just need to be patient (which is hard) and wait for them to complete their work.

    Their ages are 14 and 12. They will be accompanying when they come on June 27. As far as the children, only one document was requested for the 14 year old...a copy of her baptismal certificate. I suspect that they asked for this, because no father was listed on her birth certificate. Probably...

    If it makes you feel better, I was one year and one week. However, we have dependents. Likely yours is a little bit slower, because of the residency. Just my thought.

    Both children are registered. The boy is 12 so he is exempt from taking the seminar. The girl is 14. I will remind her to take her COPR. She will take her passports as well...thanks for the reminder.

    My wife is scheduled to take the CFO seminar on Tuesday. We will all be flying back to Edmonton on June 27. It's finally coming to an end.

    My wife got her pictures done on Monday, and then dropped off the passport's and pictures right afterwards. Today, she already got a text message saying her passport is ready to be picked up. Two days is all it took. Now to register with the CFO for the seminar.

    Just so you all know, GCKey does not always get updated. My wife got her PPR last week, and even just now, I checked the GCKey, and it says that the background check is still in process, and that no decision has been made.
