Its almost been 3 months (XBOX7) from the very first MR from NDVO. When should we expect to receive DM. Currently NDVO is issuing DM to 2010 applicants, should we expect to receive it by end of January??

I sent my Passport from China to NDVO through DHL..similar to your no other option were viable except sending it through DHL. However I heard that vfs in the respective country can parcel the passport to visa office. Though I tried to contact through mail and phone, neither did I get any reply...
