Your working hours during the implied status will be counted if you were "in the guidelines" when extending your WP. In simple words, you must have asked for extension before the expiration of current WP. And if the total is more than 3900 hours, you are good to go for applying. muskaan

It's neither a good nor a bad sign. Most probably, it is because of the implementation of Global Case Management System which is going to replace the CAIPS very soon. I think the files are being transferred to GCMS which has some 'premeture deceases' and resulting in some errors like...
