My status is RBVO. But I did not receive any reply yet of my reconsideration letter. I sent them CSI on 10th June 2012. On auto reply it is mentioned that reply will come within 28 days and do not resend inquiry mean while. So I am waiting for response.

If you did not provide the required documents then no use. If you did provided the required documents at the time of decision then you have option of Fedral court. How many days after you received reply after reconsideration letter? I am also awaiting for reply for my reconsideration letter.
