Getting upfront medical test done is a good idea as you said if any further tests are required it will save time. Since you already know you are diabetic, when you inform the panel physician they will get a blood sugar test, HBA1C and a serum creatinine test done to check if kidneys are fine...

Hi, if I remember correctly the supplementary travel asks to mention the travel details other than host and home country. Since Canada is your host country and you say you have not visited any other country then you can mention it as not applicable.

Hi grishan, if your blood pressure was abnormally higher then the panel physician would have told you and requested a second test. If it is already submitted then I think it was normal and you need not worry.
