They ask me for that same thing , I was told is just in case they deny your ARC they send it back but that doesn't really happends so you have nothing to worry about next thing will be passport request ! My ARC took 1 month to process !

Got my passport back today FINALLY !!! it took 2 weeks and 3 days for them to send it back :) good luck to everyone !

ARC is an autorization to return to Canada becuse I lived there before so everyone who lived in Canada need an ARC :) actually my interview wasn't so bad lol I was all freaked out but it turn out great !

My whole process took exacly 14 months , with interview and ARC request ! :)

The medical exams are valid for an hour but the embassy can give you an extension :) I did mine on December 2012 and I got a year extension on them from the embassy ! For the PGR letter you need to wait till the embassy sends you a letter requesting it , I don't think you can get it before that...

Did you send your passport to the Canadian embassy in Mexico ? I could give you the email to which I email them !! Your passport has been with them for over 2 weeks ??

Have you try emaling them and asking about it ??

I don't know if is normal :s maybe you should send an email ! I send mine march 26th 2014 and it got to the embassy march 27th 2014 , I just hope to get back before the 28th because I already have my flight booked !

Hello Tna , did you got your passport back ?

If your visa will expire April 04 you should really email them and ask for it back or tell them you already have your flight book and you need it before that !
