Thanks. I applied by mail. I didn’t have a reason to travel in less than 30 days. Travelling with in 30 days require in person application- TARTAR

no you need your certificate to apply for a passport, which I did. But they sent back the passport and certificate separately and not as one mail- TARTAR

Yes you can get urgent services if you have valid proof. Scan and Email them the oath form along with proof of your urgent travel (medical wedding or work related travel) and explain to them- TARTAR

Citizenship certificate is not a travel document... A PR Card or visa is a travel document, which is used along with a valid passport from your country of birth...- TARTAR

It all depends on the agent/ office handling your file. But if you need to travel in less than 30 days and can prove such, then you should let them know and it will be delivered in time to also apply for passport.- TARTAR

You have to apply by mail, unless you have to travel in less than 30 days and you can prove it. Then they will book you to come in-person. The instructions are on their website.- TARTAR
