Thank you. It certainly feels good There were over 70 participants for oath. So Ottawa is working but they have huge backlog. One of my friend and his family are still waiting for oath invite, they did their test Jan 2020. Good luck to everyone.

About a week. However this is the time before virtual tests back in Feb 2020.

Same here, did test Feb 2020 and DM March 2020. It's the Ottawa office which is not working at all. Rest of the offices are comparatively doing ok. I wish there was a way to move application to different office.

I asked agent the same question and she said that if I have travel plans then I can apply for PR card and if I get invited for oath before PR card is renewed then I will have to send request to cancel PR application.

I did not renew PR card as when I saw DM on file I still had 10 months validity but I never thought it would take that long to be invited for oath. My PR card expired in Jan 21 and now I am not sure whether to wait for oath or apply to renew PR card. :(

Yes many times and they always had the same standard answer except today I got a different response when I contacted via email. "Your file has been granted citizenship. You will be invited to participate to a citizenship ceremony in the coming weeks or days." Still nothing says about how many...

Hi I think you must be done with Oath today. If you don't mind me asking how many participants were there to take oath. I just wanted to figure out if Ottawa office is conducting more ceremonies with large number of participants.

I have done that three times. Last time I called about a week ago. Same standard answer that everything is complete and we will be called for oath soon. I don't know what their definition is for "SOON" as it has been over a year since DM.
