Hello Everyone, one of my friend has send everything including PCC, DD, Original PP, Add. documents and at present his status showing "Medical Results Received" so can anyone tell me that if DD get Encash does it mean that his visa in conform?

i have 6 yrs of experience in College Lecturer in Accountancy from last past 10yrs and at present i am in Govt job of Accountant/ Auditor from last 8-9 months, on which base i can put up file for PR?, i can put on base of college lecturer? will it create any problem as i have two different jobs...
