same thing was happened to me I got only mr in the month of may no other requirement after waiting for 2.5 months I applied gcms notes and found that everything was requested along with mr I did not received their 2nd mail.they wil not be going to ask u again . this is the 2nd time I am telling...

iam waiting for their 2nd mail from the last 3 months no reply ? 3 mails and fax already sent to ndvo but no use waiting...................... they send me mail on 12july again in that they did not mentioned wat they want from my side ,all are sleeping in ndvo. don't wait and complete ur medical.

i also got medical request only from ndvo on 7 may ,don't worry i am waiting for ppr .
