    I was off on my residence calculator and just had a copy with the correct days with me during the interview. The officer wasn't really concerned as I cleared the required days, as you do, by a healthy margin. Cheers and good luck to you!

    Yes, definitely. I had a lawyer prepare my application and she definitely sent in copies of my Notice of Assessments and leases, just to be safe. Also, she included a statement in there that identified how exactly these documents supported my ties to Canada. Hard to be sure if it really helped...

    I had my test last week, and this is what I think you can expect: they will check your identity documents (your passports relevant to the four years before you applied), and have a general "chat" about your time in Canada, your employment, your family, where you lived prior to coming to Canada...

    Hi TRM2011, congratulations! I took my test/interview on that same date and got my oath as well (was in the room when the officer announced that we'd passed). Had a similar experience overall... All the best, here's to smooth sailing on Feb. 6th!
