Yes, depending on your mom's case, tests might be different. My dad's blood pressure was high, they sent him for some extra heart rating tests, stress test and echocardiogram. Because he wear hearing aids, they sent him for more hearing tests as well. So as I said depends on her condition, Good luck

I'm my parents's rep too. Their status always show my address not theirs.but I remember I sent labels with their address on last year. I'm sure they'll use those when they're sending the passport back.

After submitting the medical results, how long does it take to see your status changed?

I didn't receive the medical forms for my older brother either. He's 40 and not accompanying my parents. So don't worry about it. If they didn't ask for it, means it's not needed.

They asked for the police certificate a couple of months ago and they asked for the medicals last Friday.

When your passport expires, what happens to your visa? my mom's passport expires in a year!
