As per the photo instruction, I have to send 5 photos of each person during sending complete application. My urgent quest for all, should I paste one photo on IMM0008 form? I saw there is a space for photo on that form.

I have collected photocopy of my university transcript and certificates which attested and sealed by university authority and put into university closed envelop. My quarry, is this ok or I have to put original attested documents in stead of photocopy? Any suggestion?
