Hi Scott, It depends.... if you want your wife to drop the passport, she can do it at the Embassy and when they`re done with it, they`ll call her to go and pick it up or she can use FedEx/DHL which is another cost.Since she is there in Nairobi, she can just drop it at the Embassy. By the way...
