ONLY - Who submitted CIC-AINP(SRS-U.S. Visa Holder Category) application

Actually Buffalo does not insist on the date stamp on the back of photos or does it say so in your instructions? When I went to Buffalo 2 weeks ago I just gave them pictures that I took and printed at home (epassportphotos.com) and didn't write anything on the back. It's the other consulates...

background declaration form personal history questions

Cece, Christo....is right.... You don't have to list every month separately. They just don't want to see any gaps between activities. Say you turned 18 in June 2000, you can say something like: June 2000-Aug 2000.... preparing for college, Santiago, Chile, (Parent's address) Aug 2000-May...

Hi guys, I went to Buffalo and had my visa stamped in person today. It was quick and smooth like some of our friends on here have noted before. I went up @ 0730 and was out by 0830 with visa and COPR in hand. If you plan to go in person, I would say try and get there early because there may be...

Hello AlbEErta.... My understanding is that one's country of birth is usually also one's country of citizenship unless they renounced their citizenship to become naturalized citizens of another country...or unless they are dual or multi-citizens---in the latter case your country of birth is one...

Thanks Lee26. I am in Chapel Hill, NC. I was actually expecting a file transfer but was pleasantly surprised. Yeah, our timelines are pretty similar...Jacaranda's is also same as mine. You'll get yours soon God-Willing. And NO, I don't think making enquiries on your status has any effect on...

Hi guys, today I got my PPR from Buffalo via email. My timeline is on the left. I don't know when my medicals were received in Ottawa (I've never sent an enquiry to Ottawa/Buffalo) but the doctor mailed them out on November 22, 2010. I plan to do in-person stamping next week. Will keep this...

AINP- June 2010 submission to CIC, Buffalo

Hi there, I don't think you should worry about sending your new passport details to Buffalo at this time...Your old passport was valid at the time of application and contains all your visa details and in my opinion that is enough for now. You will however need to send the new passport for visa...

This is just a gentle suggestion to folks who have mailed their passports (after PPR) and are getting impatient about receiving the same back with stamped visas; I understand that this process is more than frustrating for all of us...but the fact that they requested your passports means that...

Passport requested but not ready to moved to Canada just yet

I guess what Chigirl is asking is this: Given the known and unknown issues that may arise as a result of your not completing landing formalities, WHAT is keeping you from doing that?? You indicate that you are in the U.S which would make landing a doable deal and a sacrifice worth making in...

Re: Medical tests after 60days in India It is always advisable to abide by CIC instructions unless you absolutely cannot help it in which case you would have to contact CIC and state your circumstances/seek further advice. Is there a reason why you cannot complete your medicals here and have...
