Got passport request for my Mom's PR (Family sponsorship) visa. The online status shows decision is made. I have started the applicsponsorship visa on May 25th 2018. The Passport request letter doesn't ask for bio-metrics. Should I worry about submitting bio-metrics? Thanks for your help!

Hello, I read on mto.gov.on.can that new comers (from countries such as India) can claim 12 month experience without any proof. It is not clear if this 12 month experience is enough to try for G2. Can someone please clarify? Thanks
