Guys, are you saying that attestation is only required if the original document is not in English? I am really surprised to see that this fact has not been put officially & my agent insists that I get all my documents (all are in English) attested.

Hey penpal, first of all, congratulations. It seems your visa is stamped. And pretty interesting that you did not do any attestation. I though it is mandatory to get all the docs attested before submitting them to the visa office. Isnt it?

Hi Chouhans, I thought so. I have done some attestation from Mumbai district court premises some time back & it was a piece of cake. Since i do not have any immediate plans to visit Mumbai, i thought to check out options in Dubai. By the way, my agent quoted me AED15/- per attestation in Dubai.
