Transcripts are mandate. I submitted my application without the transcripts and got a mail from them asking for transcripts. Some may say its not mandate, but its better to send it to avoid unnecessary delays. Good luck

Is this not the final interview? Is this just for some kinda clarification on the documents submitted? If so, how many months would it take for the process to complete assuming that the interview goes on well.
