mistake, should I of included job in application I didn't attend but got paid?

I had a job offer from a company but didn't end up joining them in the end and only got paid for a two hour long seminar which I got paid around $30 for. I only have one job and there is a $30 difference between by NOA and T4 for my current job. Lawyer said I didn't have to include it as I...

My job only relates to half the duties

With my specific noc only half of the duties 5 out of 9 relate to the noc I'm applying under. This is the closest noc as my job title is an example title under this noc also. My job is skilled B, YET it has duties such as "may hire and train" I don't hire as I'm not a mangerial posistion though...

JES_ON Need your help on VISA OFFICER COMMENTS in GCMS

I missed this part. From this specific part of the notes the officer knows the applicant has shown proof that he has done one year of experience in Canada. I wouldn't have your friend worry just yet, the officer clearly states in this part that he has gained the one year experience and has...

concern with previous letters of reference and contracts

Hmm, I thought with CEC all was only required to provide documents of companies you have worked with only in Canada in the past few years. Did they say they require documents of work from other countries? By the way which stage are you at of the application process if you don't mind me asking?

How do we calculate 12-month Work experience??

If you are full time you can count weeks you worked less than 30 as equivalent of part time right? Variable hours suck bad.

    Does variable hours count?

My job has very variable hours. During the summer especially I work fulltime around 30-40 hours a week, however in the winter days I usually work less than 30 with occasionally working 30 or more over christmas. The rules state I need fulltime 30 hours a week for a year, OR equivalent in part...

Received AOR on 3rd of April; application got denied exactly a week later

So I guess that's the opposite for full time workers? If we get under 30 hours a week apparently it won't get counted? Is there any proof saying it won't get counted if it's under 30 hours a week or part time work over 30 hours a week won't be counted in the manual besides Whymeee's rejection...

Received AOR on 3rd of April; application got denied exactly a week later

After reading OP posts, DEFINITELY AN ERROR THE OFFICER MADE! Since Whymeee worked 28.2 hours a week, lets multiply that by 60 since he worked that period. 28.2 x 60 = 1692 / 30 = 56 56 weeks! OP got the equivalent in part time work. I'm really sorry Whymeee this has happened to you...
