So weeks he worked less than 37.5 hours they don't count? So meaning they only count weeks that were full time...?

Also doesn't under old rule he need 3800 hours? It seems he only got around the 1900 from what the officer said.

Hmm, how did they figure out the 865 hours? Did he say in total how many hours he did in the letter? I would of just stuck with the average of 30 a week.

Hmm, I thought with CEC all was only required to provide documents of companies you have worked with only in Canada in the past few years. Did they say they require documents of work from other countries? By the way which stage are you at of the application process if you don't mind me asking?

If you are full time you can count weeks you worked less than 30 as equivalent of part time right? Variable hours suck bad.

My job has very variable hours. During the summer especially I work fulltime around 30-40 hours a week, however in the winter days I usually work less than 30 with occasionally working 30 or more over christmas. The rules state I need fulltime 30 hours a week for a year, OR equivalent in part...

After reading OP posts, DEFINITELY AN ERROR THE OFFICER MADE! Since Whymeee worked 28.2 hours a week, lets multiply that by 60 since he worked that period. 28.2 x 60 = 1692 / 30 = 56 56 weeks! OP got the equivalent in part time work. I'm really sorry Whymeee this has happened to you...
