my sincere advice,please don't leave your province until after three year.if not you will be asked to go back to your country.province of manitoba is known to be strict regard to fulfilling three years probation period.

All you have to do is to determine the required NOC,Write IELTS and WES evaluation.please do not walt start preparing now...Goodluck
