Btw, you CANT use your nomination if you’re going to apply for express entry. So scratch out that ITA from your list

Yes you can work while in implied status, legally. Apply 2 months before your pgwp expires

Bowp is only good for 1 year. So you have to maximize

First thing you should do is apply for permanent residency before your nomination expires. That nomination wont matter anymore once your application is received by IRCC. Then 4 months before your current work permit expires, apply for bowp. But i suggest doing it 2 months before.

Have you received an e-mail from CIC that your application has been approved? If not, it says there that you should contact CIC if you haven't received, after 6 weeks, the secured document sent by them to you.

I got mine 3 days after cic e-mailed me. Cic case processing is in vegreville so it took 3 days fot that secured document to reach me. Check with canadapost how long before a mail from alberta will reach your address. Imo
