    Well Don't be panic... First at all, I am a fellow applicant like you guys. Based on my experience, print out your online statement (most of the banks use online banking). Scan it in PDF. Make sure you have provided a contactable addresses (bank address and telephone numbers, fax numbers etc.,)...

    The date you printed out the statement.....for my case, I have a fixed term account was opened in the mid of 2013.......and my bank manager signed and printed the latest statement on right after Christmas 12/26/2013. hope it would be helpful. :)

    it is under Federal Section. Where you have to fill bank name, account number, account type, name(s) appeared on that account, amount in your currency, conversion rate (simply google it) and bank statement printed date and exchange rate date (simply put today date). Finally upload your statement...

    Hi Truptis; Even you would be able to log in. Can you even attach file? When I attach file, it got the error message again and again. cheers joe
