Yes, that's right. :D We are really close to the UK, just over 5 hours by plane. It will probably take a bit longer further out west. But just over a week or two should be about right. :D

I agree with DGT and Sweden. I came to Canada twice as a visitor. I was as truthful as possible even though I was afraid of red flags, it's better to be honest really. Saying you're here to wait out your PR vs. lying about your plans and them finding out on their own. The latter is ten times...

:) Oh, 4 months! That's so encouraging! And yeah, it is strange to put home address as Canada if they aren't going to issue a PR! I'll definitely be stalking ecas, and looking forward to hearing from everyone whose home address was added recently too.
