Not sure for Pakistan but in India it is only one PCC for all cities u lived. Even CIC says one PCC for one country. I made one PCC from passport office in India and it went through without any issue.

29 Sept file moved to London VO all checks were done by LVO on 8th Oct (As per my GCMS notes). BG in progress started on 16th Dec......

Medical and 11.2 will be done at CIO not Local visa office. Usually file transferred to local visa office after 2-4 weeks of time (After all basic checks)

Yes A11.2 and Eligibility check happens at CIO and then verified at local visa office. In fact as per notes multiple officer checked the file at CIO and then transferred to LVO.

Yes, Security check started on 16 Dec. Other checks are : Medical, Funds, Criminality (your PCC) and education etc. In notes you can see full details, if checks are already passed My Checks were passwed at LVO on 13 Oct but they started security check on 16 dec.

Very easy, Google CIC GCMS notes. If u have some one in Canada to apply on your behalf it takes 5 $ and if not it takes 25-35 $ (through agencies). It takes total 30 days.

How long PTU takes to respond on online request for transcripts. I uploaded all docs and piad fees two weeks back. I wrote many emails and made phone calls. they don't pick any call on toll free or any other no. Any other way to contact them.
